We can ship your order by whichever method you prefer, but we normally ship via Canada Post expedited. The maximum weight via Canada Post is 50 lbs. Other Canadian shipping methods are available. U.S. shipments would be pre approved for shipping amounts.

What shipping methods are available?
We ship insured parcel post mail with Canada Post. You may also request Purolator, or some other shipping method. Current rates for shipping to your location would apply.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery is usually made in 2 to 3 weeks. However because items are produced by hand, when your order is placed it is sometimes necessary to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. For custom designing, or etching of your product ( cabinet glass, mirrors, etc.) you may fill out the custom order request form to receive pricing and schedule. (see custom order)

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order and payment are received, you may cancel your order as long as the order is not custom artwork. If your order includes custom work or design, you may not cancel the order.

Can I return damaged items?
99 % of our packages arrive safely, but some glass may arrive broken due to mishandling in shipping. If you order comes with a damaged item, contact us immediately and keep the contents. We may require you to send the damaged glass back to us.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
We are a business and are obligated to charge and remit Ontario Provincial Sales Tax (8%) as well was the Government Sales Tax of (6%). Orders placed outside Canada pay no taxes, orders outside the Province of Ontario pay GST only and shipments within Ontario pay both GST and PST
